JOB DESCRIPTION
Process Inbound calls/chat relating to customer queries.
Process customer request as per guidelines.
Adherence to process Quality and Compliance Guidelines
Receive calls from passenger for various issues and work on application software.
Make outbound calls to customers (seldom)
All deliverables related to staffing adherence and Attendance are met.
To provide language customer support & transaction processing
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least a high school graduate
w/ at least 6 months BPO Experience
Preferably w/ airline industry experience but not required (Thru flight attendant ground crew, ETC)
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends & Holidays
Amenable to work in Alabang
Must have good to excellence communication skills
Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Savvy in computer and internet navigation
