Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in the GDS tools such as (Sabre or Sabre Red)
- Knowledge of fares, airlines contracts, rules & regulations, and ticketing
- Knowledge of ticketing procedures for Airlines, Hotels, and Ground transportation
- Must have excellent conversational oral and written skills in English.
- Preferably with two years and more of experience in the Travel and in BPO Call Center industry and expertise in doing calls, emails, and chat.

Staffwiz, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented, diligent, and assertive travel reservation specialist to work with Corporate Travel Management.
This role will help operationalize our business partner's customer service and travel inquiries.
