Provide high-quality customer service to the customer, and ensure a smooth flow of inquiries and complaints via email or chat.
Ensure all responses to customers and clients are given with sincerity and compassion.
Ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on a timely basis
Resolve queries of the customer by encoding the standard replies through e-mail within the assigned turnaround time.
Must have at least 3 years call center experience handling Travel account (inclusive of 1 year GDS SABRE experience) or at least 3 years of solid Sabre GDS in other industries such as Aviation, Travel Agencies, etc.
-Knowledge of fares, airlines contracts, manual computation, rules & regulations and ticketing
-Knowledge of ticketing procedures for Airlines, Hotels and Ground transportation
-Must be amenable to work on-site
-Excellent Comms Skills
