Responsible for providing travel information, booking reservations, servicing existing reservations, educating on company websites, and providing ticketing services.
Resolve issues that may arise with travelers with a sense of urgency
Demonstrate commitment to high-quality customer service by ensuring response to calls are resolved in a timely and professional manner
At least 2nd year college undergraduate
Minimum of 1 year BPO or call center experience (travel voice account)
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Computer literate and typing speed of at least 30wpm
Amenable to shifting schedules including Night Shifts.
Has at least 15mbps internet speed at home to support work from home arrangement.
Willing to be assigned in Alabang after the quarantine
Monthly Salary Package - P24,000 to P28,000 plus night differential and incentives, HMO upon regularization
