Transport Manager
Salary: up to 40k
A Global Logistics Company based in Muntinlupa City is looking for an experienced Transport Manager with in-depth knowledge in the Freight Forwarding industry and proven ability to plan and navigate journeys as well as managing budgets & contracts and vehicle maintenance.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Provide leadership during planning, costing and allocating routes and vehicles; Meets varying and changing needs of customers
Recommend resolutions to the Operations Manager in any identified issues; Ensure all in-house vehicles are compliant with all legal, regulatory and contractual requirements
Maintain fleet vehicles by developing and implementing a structure approach within the designated budget
Resolve unforeseen problems that may arise and ensure appropriate resolution.
Qualifications and skills required:
At least 4 years experience in the Logistics/ Freight Forwarding industry
Preferably an Assistant Manager/ Managers who specialises in Logistics/ Supply Chain or related
Knowledgeable in BOC/ PEZA requirements
Proven Supervisory and/ or Management skills
Willing to work in Muntinlupa City!
