Ensure the effective and efficient supply distribution within the coverage of the Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
Planning, organizing, leading and controlling the delivery operations
Collaborate with the Logistics Manager in endeavors that would bring positive long-term effects for PSACC.
Serve delivery requests effectively and efficiency
Ensure that deliveries follow documentation requirements
Ensure compliance with road permits
Ensure assigned vehicle complies with government-required permits (LTO, Insurance).
Ensure that the vehicle assigned to the department follows the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule
Mitigate or completely avoid backload or failed deliveries
Ensure timely dispatching of deliveries
Ensure cost-efficiency in the deliveries
Provide required reports (backloads, damaged goods)
Track and ensure all successful delivered goods have confirmed systems receipt
Resolve delivery concerns
Delivery Planning and coordination
Willing and flexible in accepting new and additional job assignments related to Supply Chain
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course
Relevant work experience in the field of business, logistics, and transport
At least 3 years of lead role experience in the distribution or logistics
Above-average communication and technical writing skills
