Job Description
Coordinates with the OF (Order Fulfillment) team on the orders
Arrange schedule and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
Updates and provide tracking information to both internal and external customers
Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
Developing processes that make the transport flow more efficient and organized
Reviews transportation rates to keep costs down where possible
Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
Managing Oracle Transport Management System (OTM)
Prepares, routes and manages Procurement booking to Iligan
Collaborates with 3rd party logistics, shipping line to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes
Oversees the timely delivery of goods and track deliveries to ensure deliveries are met
Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
Ensuring all factors of transport are analyzed properly and efficiently to ensure deadlines are met
Review and endorse billings coming from provider
Provides monthly accruals report
Provides monthly KPI report
Provides monthly 3rd party scorecard
Act as a point person for remote warehouse
Provide immediate feedback on complaints related item and quantity discrepancies
Performs task as duly assigned
Accurate data entries on all monitoring files provided to ensure losslessness of data
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
Graduate of any four year course
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
With a background in manufacturing/production process.
CRITICAL SKILLS OR COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Prior experience as a transport coordinator within the Visayas area or a similar role.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to problem-solve.
Excellent communication skills
Can work more than 8 hours.
Able to work in a shifting schedule.
