Job Summary:
The Transition Management Associate oversees the effective introduction of new ICT service to live environment, or modification or retirement of existing service. This includes the development of transition plans identifying operational requirements and acceptance criteria, execution of plans, and conduct of checkpoints and readiness assessments to reduce variations in the required versus actual performance of the transitioned services. It assesses and manages risk that can lead to discontinuity of the new or modified service.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related courses
Minimum 3 years of solid work experience in the specified domain
Experience in other related service management domains, preferably in Change Management and/or Configuration Management
Experience participating in and supporting the implementation of enterprise-wide programs and projects (e.g. industry core business function, CRM, ERP, IT service management systems)
Experience in process development and implementation (analysing, identifying and implementing new or enhanced processes or solutions) to improve service delivery in a cross-functional team and enterprise environment a plus
Certification in IT framework/methodology (e.g. ITIL foundation/specializations, IT4IT)
Willing to work onsite
