QUALIFICATIONS:
High School or Vocational Course Graduate
With one year experience in the same field
License Restiction: 123 or 1238
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures proper operation and control of Balldrum and delivers Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) to different job sites in order to support the daily operation of the Batching Plant.
Conducts daily cleaning of Transit Mixer and its accessories by spraying with water and protective compounds such as oil after delivery to prevent hardening of concrete (Balldrum and TM) in order to maintain upkeep of company resources.
Ensures compliance to company directives such as Dashcams, GPS etc in order to provide support to Management during decision making and investigation. 
Checks the Delivery Receipts versus the mix design prior to loading in order to ensure the proper method of pouring to be used at site.
Prepares Daily Checklist and Incident Report on maintenance concerns to prevent significant damage to the TM and to the company. 
Maintains fresh concrete during transit until final unloading at site to ensure the quality of concrete.
Monitors Fuel Consumption, Tire Usage and Full Load Capacity of trucks to maximize usage of TM and to ensure cost are within the approved budget.  
Ensures access roads are safe before entering the project site to avoid untoward accident such as tire damage and to the TM. 
Prepares Incident/Accident Report within 2 hours from the time of occurrence in order to provide timely and accurate information to company officers. 
Assists Maintenance Team in lubricating, restoring breakdown units and all tire related repair to provide support and ensure accomplishment of the repair based on the agreed KPIs.
