You are first and foremost a person of integrity. You enjoy the challenge of hands-on client work and being part of a collegial team. You should be able to work with the Center Manager to deliver high quality work accepted by the stringent standards of OECD countries.
You will have acquired good project time management, TP report/documentation drafting and quantitative skills (e.g. economics, accounting/finance, valuation, modelling, statistics) through at least 3 years of TP practice in the transfer pricing team/department of a Big Four firm advisory or a large regional/global advisory firm.
You should be able to handle benchmarking of various types of transaction, be very fluent in the use of common databases in comparability analysis and adjustments such as Bureau van Dijk, LoanConnector, royalty databases, Bloomberg, able to build and maintain models and prepare TP documentation. The work requires high quality delivery with superior communication skills and impeccable English language drafting.
Responsibilities:
• Be able to deliver transfer pricing services including preparing OECD documentation (Country-by-country reporting, Masterfile and Local-file), benchmarking, building economic/statistical models and handling functional interviews.
• Preparing and analysing financial and economic data for tax, transfer pricing and regulatory compliance purposes through the use of MS Word, Excel, Access, and various statistical sampling packages.
• Able to communicate well and complete the work responsibility, on time and to a high standard.
