Description:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls and outgoing calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open
and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right
methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Requirements:
?Appropriate qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Years practiced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Preferably, has handled a financial campaign
Willing to work in the night shift
Willing to Work in the house as of the moment due to the COVID-19 situation
Technical Requirements:
i5 or i7 desktop/ laptop (Windows OS)
With working Fiber/ DSL Internet access of at least
10mbps/ LAN (ethernet cable) (post-paid)
8gb RAM
Quad core processor
USB noise cancelling headset
(and 2nd monitor from 2nd week of training onwards- for Sales Rep/Enrollment Specialist post)
