Purpose:
The Transfer Agency Officeris primarily responsible for daily transaction processing, the accurate record keeping of individual shareholdings,and the issuance and cancellation of shares.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs batch processing of daily subscription transactions in registry system.
Settles daily redemption transactions in the registry system.
ApprovesNAVPS update in the registry system.
Conducts Finalreview of the daily AMLA report submitted to Compliance.
Reviews indicative order and final order reports prepared by TA Processors.
Reviews and releases the daily Subscription/Redemption Order reports to management.
Spearheads the review of the clients' quarterly Statement Of Accounts.
Checks FX Rate uploaded in the registry system
Monitors RAG Ratings
Performs back up functions to other checkers/officers
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Fund Operations Head.

Education and experience required:
Degree in Business or Finance. * At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Preferably with experience handling a small team.
Preferably with hands-on experience in problem-solving.
