Transcription:
Listening to and transcribing dictated voice files.
Calculations and Billing:
Calculating transcribed figures for client files.
Uploading/typing billing figures into tested templates to ensure accuracy.
Documentation and Invoicing:
Reviewing and checking calculations and documentation.
Preparing tax invoices.
Preparing cost statements, Itemized Bills of Costs/Accounts, and Itemized Costs Accounts.
Communication:
Preparing emails and correspondence to accompany assessment documents and tax invoices.
Requirements
Attention to Detail:
Unmatched attention to detail is crucial for accuracy in transcribing and calculations.
Experience:
Experience with quality assurance and/or data analytics.
Numerical Proficiency:
A strong desire to work with numbers, indicating a need for numerical proficiency.
Process-Oriented:
Enjoys working with a process to achieve client outcomes.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for preparing documentation, emails, and corresponding with clients.
Typing Skills:
