Job Description:
Ensure transactions are processed in accordance with documented procedures
Perform call back confirmation in an outgoing telephone line to a person authorised to confirm instructions
Perform call back verification using call recordings or live listening
Verify signatures and refer those that are below tolerance or outside signing limitations.
Process high-value payments accurately
Investigate on items in holdover queues, identify and refer those that need to be referred to Client Service Officers
Reply back to emails in the mailbox working on a 1-hour turnaround time.
Performs daily checks (against the currency cut-off list) and queue management making sure that the SLA of two hours is met
Respond to incoming phone calls
Know the team business continuity plan as well as the escalation procedure
Complete all mandatory training courses before the set due date as well as the training required quarterly
Maintain open communication lines with colleagues in immediate and other teams, as well as other locations
Support Start of Day checks and End of Day System closure functionalities in a timely and accurate manner, evidencing all controls.
