Facilitate all Trainings and Activities for selected workers abroad
Ensure all trainings and activities are attended by the selected worker prior to the deployment
Update all Training Logistics and Presentation
Prepare Calendar of Activities for all workers
Coordinate with participants and facilitators
Ensure readiness of workers physically, emotionally, and spiritually before deployment
Coordinate with Japanese Language Trainings school for students progress and forward reports to Marketing Team
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
2 years of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Organisation, Presentations
Availability to travel: Yes
