We are looking for a professional Training Supervisor to develop our operations training programs and lead a team of Subject Matter Experts.
The role takes ownership of designing, developing and executing PicnicHealth's mission to educate, equip, and develop its fast growing pool of talents through well designed training experiences.
The Training Supervisor is important to our growth and business success. People are our most important asset and you'll be in front in helping us develop a strong and professionally developed team.
Responsibilities
Responsible for structuring the training and enhancing competencies of our employees by planning and implementing training programs and workshops aligned to our business needs.
Partner with internal stakeholders and teams to Identify training and developmental needs by analyzing job requirements, operational opportunities, and current business processes. Evaluates and confirms learning objectives through ongoing needs assessments.
Design and develop internal training products (print, classroom and on-the-job training materials).
Manages a team of Subject Matter Experts (SME) and monitors their learning delivery performance.
Implement and maintain web-based training. Designs, develops, and deploys e-learning content based on business needs.
Writes and edits educational content, and incorporates current technology using learning management systems (LMS) and knowledge base to manage these materials.
Manages the learning management systems (LMS) as an administrator, uploads and tests the e-learning contents created in the LMS.
Provide feedback on the progress of training participants to direct managers. Help drive the completion of training requirements.
Measure and gather data on the progress of programs, analyze the data and use a metrics-driven approach to develop training solutions and learning initiatives.
Continuously improve existing programs, ensuring alignment to current and future learning objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience in instructional design methodologies, performance management, needs analyses, and adult learning techniques to develop appropriate training programs as required.
Since there's a lot of writing involved in creating training materials, you should be a clear and effective writer. You also need to be analytical, logical, organized, and creative.
Deep familiarity on working with LMS platforms, have strong technical capabilities, strong experience using e-learning authoring software
A certain level of graphic and visual design abilities, an ability to manage timelines and due dates, and a level of comfort working with audio and video technologies.
