Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree holder
1-2 years relevant experience in conducting, coordinating and documenting training programs.
Background on doing training plans and training calendar is an advantage.
Background on doing needs analysis is an advantage.
Background on ISO documentation is an advantage.
Good oral and written English communication.
Remarkable demonstrable presentation skills.
Skills to convert knowledge to a structured training module
Ability to engage different characters of people.
With pleasant working character/values.
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications.
Willing to work in Binondo, Manila City.
