Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is an advantage
Preferably 2-3 years Experienced Employee specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
Proficient in the use of various MS Office and Google Accounts
Outstanding communication skills (both oral and written)
Willing to travel and do field work
With driver's license and can drive 4-wheels (MT, AT)
Preferably local resident of Angeles City or nearby areas

Job Description
The role will provide operational support to the transition Management Group including through training delivery.
Update/ Cascade/ Cross training for existing business center personnel - for new process/policy/toll roll-out
Refresher training to mitigate non-performance of new/tenured business center personnel.
Content Development - classroom training materials (Presentation, facilitator's guide, participant's guide coaching of trained classes on behavior & performance (new-hire & backfill)
Present information, using variety of instructional techniques and formats (Role playing, Simulation, Group discussion)
