The Role
As a Training Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the increase consumption of data and analytics within the business segments. Directing a strategic program to become more data-driven in making impactful decisions across the institution. The person in this role will come with experience building analytics capabilities, strong interpersonal skills to be a solid trainer, experience in hands-on building, coupled with banking business acumen, including a heavy dose of passion for continued knowledge acquisition and growth, obsession for our business stakeholders.
How you'll contribute
Partner with HR on institution level training programs as it relates to the Data & Analytics assets.
Partner with the EDO Heads to deliver a roadmap for training and enablement.
Lead a team of business trainers and enablers.
Key focus is on designing and developing enablement on the enterprise data analytics platforms.
This role will design data discovery, analytic data model development, and analytic workflows for all personas of user expertise using the data analytics platform.
Engage in large scale strategic programs across the business segments.
Partner with vendors and other technical stakeholders to build teaching assets that will be reusable and will compound intellectual property.
Partner with the data governance team to deliver training on policies, processes, and procedures.
Partner with the Change Management team to ensure operationalization of analytics processes are streamlined and automated as much as possible then deliver training to the business users on how to deploy analytics at scale.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or any related field
At least 5 years experience in Program Management and Banking Domain
Must have experience in designing, developing and deploying Data, Analytics or Machine Learning solution.
Must be creative and always looking to delivery key messages via different channels and ways to improve reach
to your audience. * Must be very outgoing and love to present your ideas and visions about the potential of analytic outcomes
Must be a fantastic teacher with exceptional soft skills (verbal and written communication)
