Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS
Partner with other members of Training and Organization Development Department to develop eLearning versions of classroom and written training materials
Facilitate in live or recorded training sessions
Manage the end-to-end process of the Caspo Learning Hub from conceptualization, creation, testing, implementation and roll-out, evaluation of courses, monitoring and assessment of learners progress.
Work in close coordination with the IT Software Development Team for the integration of developed modules in Company Platform
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
At least 4 years of experience in the conduct of Training and Workshop
At least 2 years experience in training materials design or web design
Experience in working on LMS platforms
Experience in working on Sharepoint is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Platform skills for face to face training and workshop
Knowledge on adult learning and education
Foundational understanding of instructional design theory and techniques
Ability to work with e-learning and blended learning programs, computer-based training development, and asynchronous learning content
Knowledge on Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) and any other editing software for images, videos, etc.
HTML, CSS
EDUCATION
Graduate of at least a 4-year University Degree Course
QUALITIES
Position requires working onsite (Makati Office)
Willing to work late from time to time as some attendees are from different time zones.
