Responsible for developing and conducting trainings, seminars, workshops, and learning sessions geared towards the continued employee development. Coordinates with consulting agencies for outsourced trainings.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications or its equivalent.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training/Learning & Development or its equivalent.
