What is your mission?
As a Training Officer, you are expected to design and deliver effective training workshops to both new and existing staff. You will equip new hires with up-to-date and relevant product knowledge and other required skills.
You are also required to perform these job functions:
Provide meaningful feedback /coaching to trainees in a timely manner to maximize their training experience and results
Work jointly with the Training Manager and other trainers in designing new training curriculum and/or updating and existing training material.
Collaborate with Operations and Quality in identifying individual and team skills and knowledge gaps
Who are we looking for?
Preferably with a Bachelor's degree
With at least 2 years of experience as a trainer related to customer service and/or technical background
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Nihongo
Excellent presentation skills
Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
Can work from home and in Ortigas, Pasig City or Sheridan, Mandaluyong City
With access to a quiet and secured workspace and a stable internet connection with at least 25 MBPS speed
