Your Role:
Key Accountabilities:
Training needs analysis (TNA) - acts as learning consultant and conducts/analyzes Training Needs Analysis as required by the business to identify relevant training requirements and develop effective solution
Portfolio Management - create, design, implement and evaluate training programs
Strong communications skills- must be able to communicate effectively withpartners, stakeholders, and team members and cascade programs to relevant stakeholders/market
Stakeholder Management - can build strong relationship and establish trustwith key stakeholders in the organization including working closely with Training Specialist for training administration requirements
Business acumen- should have a good understanding of the business context in whichthey are working including the organization's goals, culture, and challenges
Change management skills- should be able to manage change effectively and help theorganization adapt to new initiatives
Vendor management - search and manage training vendors to ensure delivery of programs to the business
Strategic Impact:
The position holder of this role is mainly responsible for supporting the Global HR Portfolio requirements for the different company sectors - including Life Science, Healthcare and Electronics. In this role, the incumbent will act as the point of contact for all HR training programs consultancy needs in line with company's high impact culture.
Who You Are:
Education Background:
University, Bachelor or master's degree in relevant discipline
Work Experience:
Preferably 5 to 7 years of experience in HR particularly in Training and Development
Knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Highly proactive, team player, customer service oriented
Job specific Competencies & Skills:
Language Requirements: English, Mandarin
