Primary Responsibilities:
Plan and implement the required training program for new hires and upgraded pilots.
Ensure that training approved training plan is plotted in the pilot trainee's roster.
Work closely with the Crewing Department for the flight training requirements and disruptions.
Ensure completion of training for each pilot.
Coordinate the logistical requirements needed for the ground school training.
Coordinate with external bodies on training requirements and ensure updates are made when necessary.
Qualifications:
Must be a holder of any bachelor's degree.
Must have experience in the aviation industry.
Must have keen attention to detail and a quick learner.
Preferably with experience in AIMS and knowledge of Operations.
Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently following a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
