Asset Servicing Global Learning is the core learning and development support for our global Asset Servicing partners. We develop innovative, high quality classroom, online and blended learning solutions to deliver an outstanding partner experience
Role:
As a member of the Asset Servicing Global Learning Consulting Team, the Training Consultant supports all levels and segments of the business to translate business requirements into learning and development strategy. The Training Consultant ensures that learning and development interventions are aligned with the strategic needs of the Business Unit and Northern Trust. Under general direction, the Training Consultant will assist with defining learning solutions that support the business unit requirements. The role involves designing, delivering learning solutions, analyzes solutions for continuous improvement and undertakes appropriate operational and administrative aspects of the training curriculum.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
Consults with all relevant partners across all levels and segments of the organisation to translate business requirements into learning and development strategy
Designs and develops programs that support individual and organisation performance that are aligned with the Asset Servicing segment and/or Business Unit wide needs
Designs and implements proactive communication plans to ensure that learning and development initiatives are communicated effectively to global audiences
Evaluates training solutions to identify areas for improvement and maintain highest quality delivery
Identifies and evaluations applicability of new learning development vehicles, tools or programs developed by other organisations or vendors
Facilitates/conducts learning and training solutions
Acts as project manager for major, complex and high-profile learning and development initiatives
Keeps abreast of learning and development best practices and introduces them to Northern Trust and Asset Servicing Global Learning
Skills/Qualifications:
