MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Training Associate!
About the Client: DrCatalyst
DrCatalyst is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 250 billable staff from the Philippines. We are looking for a training associate who will be assisting in monitoring trainees during sessions as well as their progress right after.
Location:
Work from Home/Office-based
Hours:
8PM - 5AM PHT Mondays-Fridays but may change during off training schedule. At times you may be requested to work additional hours prior or after, to which you will receive pay for.
Holidays:
All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed, but Managers rotate to supply coverage only if billable employees are required to work.
Monthly Salary (not including bonuses):
PHP 18,000
o Inclusive of 5,250 PHP for subsidies: rice, laundry, food, clothing, and more
5,000 New Hire Bonus
Responsibilities:
Assist in running training sessions for new hires and existing employees
Assist in facilitating related activities such as hands-on, quizzes and examinations, mock-calls, corrections and feedback, etc.
Update training sheets
Monitor employees' progress in taking up training materials uploaded in our tools (such as LMC)
Track and record trainee performance including attendance, evaluation results, and trainee conduct
Perform other training related tasks assigned by training lead
Requirements:
College Graduate of any course
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail-oriented
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
At least 1 year experience as trainer- a plus if related to US healthcare BPO
Strong organizational skills
Strong research and strategic analysis skills
Computer literacy (knowledge in Google sheets and MS is a plus)
Must be willing to work on graveyard shift
