Administrative Functions:
Monitor training updates, results, and expenses to ensure the delivery of cost-efficient training activities and programs.
Assist with designing and conducting training needs analysis for the employees to properly identify training gaps and provide appropriate learning interventions.
Source externel training providers based on the identified needs of the organization.
Report the necessary information required by the management in a Training report and assesstment.
Participate in departmental or external meetings, report necessary information needed
Participate in all company and sales activities and initiatives
Perform other duties and functions in Trining that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Planning and Organnizing:
Conduct interview, assesstment and evaluation from the training needs and results to ensure the compliance and standard of the training program.
Coordinate and collaborate with different departments in determining training services and support needed to help address department needs and activities, work related concerns, and career needs and development that may be assigned to the Trining department.
Design and Develop Training interventions:
Identify, develop and recommend programs, learning sessions, presentation tools and materials for the enchancement of skills and knowledge of the identified participants.
Collaborate with the Training Supervisor and Manager in planning and organizing activities related to Training.
Provide recommendations and modifiactions and existing training programs and m,aterials but not limited to development of new trining modules and tools are reuired to meet the current needs and requirements.
Conceptualize program improvement and logistical support to various department and activities held in the organization.
Implementation and Training:
Implement onboarding orientation and other trianing programs for the corporate employees.
Facilitate onboarding process, product knowledge seminars, mandatory sales training and other sales and marketing related training and seminars for sellers from in-house Group (IHG) and Brokers Netwrok Group (BNG) on a hybrid trining set up.
JOBS SPECIFICATIONQualification:
Graduate of a 4 year college degree course preferably in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or any related course.
Work Experience:
At least 3 years work experience related to Training and Development, HUman Resources
At least 1 year related experience with training facilitation
Preferably has background or worked in real estate industry but not required.
Skills and Abilities:
Knowledgeable in Trining and Development cycle and process which is not limited to needs analysis, program design and development, Implementation and ficilitation of programs and evaluation of training results.
Open to new knowledge, learning and training perspectives
Excellent writing , communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented, creative and organized towards work assignments and tasks
Capable of working independently and with team members.
Proficient in using MS office applications, multimedia applications, social media platforms, omline conferencing tools (zoom, ms team, google meet) and other softwares that is needed for training.
Knowledgeable in ooperating and handling training tools suich as laptops. LCD projectors, sound systems, camera, recorder, etc.
