*The Training Assistant new hire is expected to work from home for the mean time due to COVID. Once everything is back to normal, the Training Assistant new hire will be expected to report in our IT Park office in Cebu.
General Description: The Training Assistant is a preparatory position for Training Specialist. They are mainly responsible on new hire training tasks, which may continue on with up skill or refresher sessions for existing employees once promoted to Training Specialist. They communicate directly with trainees and facilitate training sessions, activities, evaluations, and other trainee concerns. They directly report to the training and development manager.
Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Run training sessions to new hires
Facilitate related activities such as hands-on, quizzes and examinations, mock-calls, corrections and feedback, etc.
Study and create new materials
Create quizzes and other evaluations
Track and record trainee performance including attendance, evaluation results, and trainee conduct
Perform other training related tasks assigned by training and development manager
Requirements:
College graduate of any program
Strong Communication Skills
Can start immediately
BPO/ESL experience is a plus
Must be amenable to shifting schedules
Willing to work during PH holidays
Willing to report to work in office eventually (Cebu, IT Park)
