JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Related Courses or equivalent
3-5 years experience in Training/Learning and Development, Organizational Development and Performance Management
Excellent in Written and Oral Communication Skills
Effective communication & Public Skills
Can conduct behavioral trainings.
Preferably with background in managing and developing KPIs
Willing to relocate in Sta Cruz Zambales
