Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
At least 1 year experience in Training and Employee Engagement is required
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Knowledgeable in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PPT)
With good oral communication and analytical Skills
Brief Duties and Responsibilities:
Training and Development 1. Assists and provides full support to company training programs and activities, from conceptualization, preparation, actual activity and to its completion. 2. Provides valuable support and assures that all aspects of the program and activities (such as materials, certificates, modules etc.) are ready 3.
Assist in conducting Training Need Analysis to all departments and suggest training needs. 4.
Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results. Modifies programs as needed. 5.
Conduct Post Analysis Assessment after every training conducted.
Employee Engagement 6. Assist in implementation of Company events and employee engagement activities such as Employee Christmas Party, Sports Fest and Health and wellness activities. 7.
Support and maintain the employee engagement programs and initiatives that support Company's organizational goals and culture. 8. Consolidate data to help create a month-end report for all engagement programs and initiatives.
9. Serve as project point person on all activities of employee engagement and ensures all engagement programs are successfully implemented.
