-Bachelor's degree in HR or similar course.
-2-3 years relevant experience in an HR role.
-Strong leadership, administrative skills and the ability to work unsupervised.

-Familiarity and implementation of e-learning workshops and trainings
-Excellent written and interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of an organization.
- able to re-echo/recap the activity/ training conducted and create a similar version of it.
- Trains and coaches' managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
-Competency in Microsoft Office business management and presentation tools.
- Has a critical eye to assess current individual knowledge and skills to identify learning gaps for additional support and training required and may use various learning methods such as coaching, job-shadowing and the like.
- Know how to train new or existing employees on the specifics of their new job function using training expertise.
-Has technical knowledge and/or experience in every aspect of Training, Learning & Development and can demonstrate high level of understanding in Training Gap Analysis.
- Know how to conduct training needs assessment and analyze it to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
- Evaluate effectiveness of training programs and providing recommendations for improvement (Evaluate training program effectiveness, instructors, or materials and Evaluate employee's post training performance)
