Job Description
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will create and deliver effective learning materials and conduct training programs across various industries. Your primary objective will be to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring their professional development aligns with organizational goals
Job responsibilities
Develop comprehensive training programs and materials for employees at all levels, tailored to meet the specific needs of different industries.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the organization.
Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations, utilizing various instructional techniques and technologies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date content for training materials.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance reviews, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to training and development.
Monitor and track employee progress and development, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed.
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and implement learning initiatives that support organizational goals.
Maintain training records, documentation, and reports to ensure compliance and recordkeeping standards are met.
Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
At least three (3) years of experience creating and delivering training programs and materials across different industries.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Professional certifications in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), are desirable but not required
Using learning management systems (LMS) and other training software are desirable but not required.

At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
