• Required Skill(s): training and development , client management, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, project management , budgeting
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Organized and has good time management skills
• Enthusiastic and passionate with a good attitude
Job Responsibilities:
• Assesses future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
• Conducts effective induction and orientation sessions
• Monitors and evaluate training program's effectiveness and success
• Provides opportunities for ongoing development
• Resolves any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
• Maintains a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
• Creates and manage training budgets
• Aligns training with the organization's goals
• Teaches training methods and skills to instructors and supervisors
• Updates training programs to ensure that they are relevant
• Implements various learning methods and programs companywide
