Delivers and moderates training events to diverse audiences
Oversees the entire training process - starting from Training Needs Assessment to Evaluation
Prepare, maintain, and coordinate training calendar with the business
Provide support in data gathering and project coordination within the department
Skill Requirements:
Graduate of a course related to Human Resource Management or Learning and Development
Working experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent communication skills
Skilled in the use of personal computers, Microsoft applications, and standard office equipment.
