DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Fundamental interactions would include assessing, training, and coaching staff with periodic reporting to stakeholders
Develop content, design modules, evaluate training feedback, and provide recommendations to further enhance training effectivity in line with processes in different lines of business
Conduct comprehensive classroom discussion using innovative teaching strategies and tools
Monitor and document individual progress and provide remediation and direction as needed
Analyze areas for improvement to meet performance expectations
Deliver knowledge transfers of updated and new courses to ensure instructors can effectively teach the material.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather best practices and incorporate expertise into learning objectives and user scenarios.
Provide direct feedback to the students and their respective supervisors and Genfinity Management on the learning progress of the students
Assignment of tasks outside the training role.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience developing course materials, learning objectives, training aids, and step-by-step instructions.
Ability to analyze training requirements and present effective educational solutions.
Knowledge of audience-engagement techniques for different learning styles and ability to implement them in both a face-to-face learning environment and in an e-learning course.
Experience with current authoring tools required, experience in creating interactive courses and lively video modules is an advantage.
Experience using Learning Management System (LMS) platforms and other curriculum development, or multi-media tools is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, working with dual screens, and general computer literacy
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in training.
Willing to work onsite on shifting schedules in Makati City
