Description
Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
Build an annual training program and prepare developmental plans.
Develop or oversee the production of training handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.
Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions (end to end process)
Deliver training courses
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.
Assists operation in day-to-day tasks if there is no current training.
Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor or higher.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Teaching
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
