ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate and deliver training for new hires, cross training, up-skilling/up-training, refreshers and product updates
Develop and organize related materials and documentation including concise content, learning theory, training aids, audiovisuals, documentation and procedures for course delivery
Assist in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for accounts
Provide internal monitoring & coaching sessions for all center programs to ensure effective start-up of new programs and new agents
Provide daily, weekly & monthly reports on training attendance, training hours, training scorecards
QUALIFICATIONS
With at least 6 months of experience as a trainer
With excellent communication skills and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Willing to be assigned in Shaw and work onshifting schedule
Can start ASAP!
