JOB DESCRIPTION
 
Nations Info Corp Is looking for an experienced Trainer/Sales Coach for our growing outbound sales campaign.
Do you have proven success in the call center industry? Are you an effective communicator with passion for teaching others? NIC is growing and we are looking for an experienced call center trainer/coach to teach new and established agents how to be successful and consistent!
You will be working with the Training Manager and team responsible for delivering and giving input on existing training programs and or creating new programs for future opportunities!
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS TRAINER:
Provides administrative support to the learning and development function
Provide classroom training to internal or external audiences. 
Able to prepare / deliver material to new hire training
Deliver face to face and virtual classroom training/coaching, from our Cebu Call Center. 
Creating a positive learning environment and ensuring that all delegates receive appropriate motivation, direction, coaching, and feedback to achieve the learning objectives. 
Assembles and distributes course materials and teaching aids. 
Answers routine inquiries regarding training courses and schedules. 
Operates audio visual equipment during training programs. 
Maintains administrative records related to training, such as schedules and rosters, and communicates this information through computer systems, files, or responding to phone or email inquiries. 
Identifies and communicates errors, gaps or inaccuracies in the training materials. 
Supervise new hires post classroom training, during the Nesting period. 
All other duties as assigned.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS SALES COACH
 
Effectively communicate sales strategies to improve performance
Able to look at sales reports and identify agents who need improvement
Able to deliver live and non-live feedback to new and existing agents
Able to listen to calls and determine or assess areas of improvement
Work cross functionally to Team Leads and QAs to provide necessary training feedback
Able to coach agents that are currently in PIP status
Evaluates English communication and soft skills both New Hires and existing agents.
Identifies communication barriers and call handling issues during call monitoring/observations. 
Prepare reports and administer coaching logs
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
College level or equivalent, but more education, especially in management, is preferred. 
2 - 3 years of work experience as a Sales Trainer or Team Leader is required.
Established track record of success in a similar call center environment
Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance
Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
Analytical, efficient, and thorough
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours.
