ABOUT THE TEAM
The Buildium Training Team provides training to all new hires within our Support organization as well as continuing education to existing agents. The Training Team also performs Quality Assurance (QA) on agent calls and support cases to ensure we adhering to best practices.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be part of a dynamic team that ensures our agents provide a best in class customer experience through developing continuing education topics as well as QA agents to ensure best practices are being adhered to on a daily basis. The Trainer is responsible for the development and delivery of classroom and online technical training for all Buildium products.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and conduct new hire training
Develop and conduct continual education training
Review agents calls and cases to ensure best quality in product knowledge, tone, and adherence to internal procedures
Works with management to identify training needs and priorities
Develops and maintains new hire onboarding technical training curriculum
Develops presentation tools and techniques to improve team effectiveness for customer training

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Buildium Product Knowledge
Strong Microsoft Office experience: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and/or Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Maintains strong attention to detail in situations and time constraints
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Buildium Product Knowledge
Strong Microsoft Office experience: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and/or Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Maintains strong attention to detail in situations and time constraints
