TRAINER FOR THERAPISTS
Reports To: General Manager/Operations Manager
Location: Capitol and Punta
Job Purpose:
The Trainer for Therapists will develop and deliver training programs to ensure consistent service quality, standardized techniques, and exceptional client experiences. This role focuses on enhancing therapist skills, introducing new techniques, and maintaining service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training programs on massage techniques, client care, and professionalism.
Standardize techniques to ensure uniform service delivery.
Monitor therapist performance and provide constructive feedback.
Create and update training materials to align with industry trends.
Ensure compliance with company protocols and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
Certified in Massage Therapy (NC II or higher).
Minimum 2 years of experience in therapy or training roles.
Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and training delivery.
Skills:
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to motivate and mentor therapists.
