The Trainer (Brighter Pro) will have a per territory assignment scope organizing, creating and delivering advance training interventions to C-F Advisors (3 years and up in tenure ) such as but not limited to:

Platform Skills for traditional and non-traditional training delivery
Critical Thinking
Self-management
Organization and Time Management
Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)
1 year minimum work experience in Financial and/or Insurance
At least 1 year sales training experience - Platform Skills for traditional and non-traditional training delivery

Organize, facilitate and deliver of training interventions such as but not limited to:
Financial Planning
Sales Skills
Process and Products
Motivational
Industry Best Practices
Competitor Product Analysis and Comparison
Other modules that will be requested on a per need basis
Organize, facilitate and deliver exclusive Sun Life programs such as:
Best Your Best
Certified Advisors for Life
MDRT Academy
Other programs that will be created on a per need basis
Develop Brighter Pro training modules
Initiate training-related engagement activities, incentive programs and monitoring of C-F Advisors (3 years and up in tenure ) productivity
