Requirements · Must have at least 3 years of experience in Training and Development under BPO Operations (ILT and VILT).
· Min of 1.5 - 2 years as a process SME / auditor / coach in a voice process
· Must have an experience in communication skills coaching
· Technical / customer service or its equivalent for a designated customer base
· Have knowledge and experienced the ADDIE Learning model and Kirk Patrick Model. Recommended but not required.
Functional Competencies
· Excellent Training Delivery and Classroom Management Skills
· Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
· Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, required. Must pass US Berlitz B2 level (or equivalent such as IELTS, TOEFL, Versant) upon hire (non-US resident)
· Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
· Experience in working with online learning management systems and conducting training virtually via virtual training such as but not limited to MS Teams
Working Conditions Able and willing to work on different time zones and as needed, overtime hours (i.e., night shift)
§ Employees must be able to travel and work in various locations determined at the discretion of project leadership
§ Additional tasks may be assigned by your Immediate Supervisor/Project Manager
§ Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement
§ Cyclical work shift including work hours at night
Overtime and On-Call may be required
