The Role
As a Trade Sales Manager, you will primarily contribute to the volume and revenue growth by tapping and generating new and incremental business from corporate/institutional accounts
How you'll contribute
Efficiently services new and existing Directed Investment Management Accounts (DIMA) by ensuring that all documents are complete, accounts are funded and there is proper turn over of documents to comply with BSP regulations.
Partner and collaborate with the Corporate Banking Group, the Banking Center Group and the Branch Banking Group in selling TAMG products - Unit Investment Trust Funds (UITFs), segregated discrectionary accounts (Investment Management Accounts, Retirement Funds, Corporate Trusts), Directed Investment Management Accounts and other Fiduciary Accounts to achieve AUM and revenue targets
Proactively respond to client queries and/or complaints by responding within the day and initiating updates to generate more business and maintain good relations with current clients.
Contribute to the overall business of the Bank by cross selling additional CASA for every new trust account.
Ensure completeness of documents on all accounts opened by conducting a regular account review to make sure that proper KYC was done and there are no document deficiencies.
Present and explain investments and other fiduciary trust products to prospective clients by offering the proper solutions to fit their requirements.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Mass Communication or related fields
At least 5 years' experience in investment sales handling corporate or institutional accounts
Knowledgeable on financial instruments and domestic market; investment product knowledge (specifically for segregated accounts and other Fiduciary)
Excellent communication and presentation skills (proficient in PowerPoint and Excel)
Persuasive communication skills, interpersonal skills
