PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Responsible for the enforcement of policies, processes and programs to ensure that the quality of all company food products is sustained at Distributor, Dispatch Depot and Trade level by guiding and supporting assigned sales and logistics teams.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Details)
I. Quality Assurance Technical Support and Policies Execution
Dispatch Depot Technical Support
Sales Team Technical Support
Business Unit Technical Support
II. Customer and Trade Management
Attends to customer complaints received from trade outlets and distributors
a. Arranges visit to complainants for initial investigation, product retrieval and item replacement
b. Feedbacks and gives closure to customer complainant from the results of investigation
III. Administrative Functions
Assists TQA Supervisor and the TQA Manager in the formulation of work instructions to properly document procedures and processes
Assists the TQA Supervisor and the TQA Manager in enhancing and updating cascade materials and guidelines
Plans and secures the necessary approval to conduct day-to-day activities
Maintains a comprehensive and updated records and reports relevant to the operations
OTHERS
Education:
College graduate preferably Food Technology, or any related Science courses
Working Experience
With (1) experience in conducting internal and external audits,
(2) Basic knowledge in food handling, production , and data analysis,
or at least 2 years experience for the same position
Working Condition
30% office and 70% field work
Willing to work beyond regular working hours as necessary
Must be willing to travel
