JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for local brand development and manage marketing programs in specific channels in order to support and achieve business objectives. He/she is responsible to develop pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share as well as considers customer satisfaction.
He/she has the ability to create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple channels and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Educational Attainment:
Preferably Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other related courses
Skills and Competency Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns from ground up
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Detail oriented and highly organized
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Experience:
At least with one (1) year of experience in trade marketing or similar field
Preferably with experience related to FMCG industry
