About the Role
Location: Ermita, Manila
Role Type: Full-time
Department: Commercial - Trade Marketing
Reporting to: Trade Marketing Manager
As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will manage the promotions in retail stores and evaluate the programs' effectiveness against customer feedback, sales growth, and competitor initiatives. In addition, you will collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager to ensure that all promotions and programs are in line with the concerned product's overall brand strategy.
Other responsibilities include:
1. Driving the communication and execution plan for the stakeholders and preparing resources needed for execution.
2. Monitoring spending on marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are within the department's budget.
3. Leading in recommending, planning, and executing tactical programs in support of the existing strategies.
4. Optimizing visibility and traffic to FELCO brand's retail selling.
5. Conducting store visits to monitor the implementation of trade marketing initiatives.
6. Drafting and analyzing the execution timelines and KPIs.
7. Engaging the Sales team and Trade customers to assess needs.
8. Giving inputs in the analysis of program results and giving recommendations for improvement.
9. Ensuring the accuracy of trade marketing-related processes in SAP.
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in B.S. Marketing, or any business-related courses.
2. At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Must possess a high degree of self-confidence and be able to work in a team with strong interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to clearly articulate brand values and promotions in oral and written forms of communication.
