Role Overview
Formulates, recommends, and implements monthly area trade programs to address specific brand concerns to deliver sell-out targets and that are relevant to a particular area and ensure effectiveness of the trade campaign
Develops the monthly call plan to establish good relationships with local business partners and stakeholders to boost brand performance of the assigned local area
Monitors the execution of trade programs in the annual Trade Category and Channel Plan (TCP) as well as customized LAMP programs, in coordination with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Marketing Operations Planning teams
Reviews the assigned area's business performance, monitors competitive activities at the area/account level, and gathers other trade information to share with Brand personnel and other stakeholders for appropriate action
Builds local area businesses by identifying opportunities, formulating and executing end-to-end local area marketing plans for trade. Collaborates with Salesmen and Regional Brand Builders (RBB) in the territory to create full, local marketing plans to support the area
Required Qualifications:
With at least five (5) years of work experience in Consumer Marketing
Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing and Product Branding
Has excellent selling, negotiating, and interpersonal skills
