MULTIMAX INDUSTRIES CORPORATION., a member of the RGC Group of Companies, seeks highly competent applicants for the following position:
 
TRADE MARKETING EXECUTIVE
 
Plant: Cebu Plant
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify, develop and maintain relationships with key trade sector customers
Assist in the development of marketing support materials to create and enhance marketability of all products the trade customers
Conduct effective sales training with sales team to communicate and promote the effectiveness of the go-to-market execution of trade marketing programs
Participate (under the supervision of the Trade Marketing Head) in the design of promotional materials and maintains contacts of the key accounts and AAA accounts, in order to supervise all promotional activities.
Own responsibility for the development, execution and performance of all programs designed to increase present and ultimate take-aways.
Responsible for the management, monitoring and execution of trade marketing investments
Contribute to the company’s goal and objectives by improving the market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance.
Establish channel strategies and implements the associated plan.
Develop trade promotional plan with key customer and channels
Ensure alignment across the sales and marketing organization on field sales needs and marketing initiative, including coordination with corporate trade marketing and budget management.
Work clearly with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance.
Assist in the development and implementation of NPI Plans
Coordinate, communicate product, price and packaging changes.
Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of category plans to meet profit objectives.
Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Trade Marketing Head from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
At least three (3) years experience in the field of Marketing
Excellent leadership and people skills
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
Good knowledge of market research techniques
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent budget and financial management skills
