Asset Servicing department is responsible for supporting the maintenance of the firm's security trading, index constituent and research universes. The team primarily focuses on security master data governance and modelling, benchmark constituents and weights, handling of corporate action events and elections, security valuation and ad hoc Proxy voting. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Trading Operations Derivatives Operations Reconcile all investment products handled by Derivops in Three-way Positions Reconciliation. Reach out all unmatched trades from Traiana Harmony system for Synthetic Futures. Create wire settlements for OTC derivative instruments (Commodities, Mortgage-Backed Securities, and Synthetics). Assist in settling all non-receipt queries sent to FX MO distribution email. Monitor all ageing Derivops wire breaks Equities Operations Monitor IRS trades in MARKIT. Ensure that all failed trades are addressed through proper monitoring of Failstation. Resolve daily trade process issues from OMGEO Connect. Reach out all unmatched trades from Traiana Harmony. Respond to all emails related to fails and pre-matched queries in Eqops Inbox. Ensure all pre-matched reports are reached out to correct Brokers/Custodians Asset Servicing Maintain quality on daily mandatory and voluntary corporate actions from Markit vs Bloomberg. Reference data management with research using Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters Eikon Fair Valuation of securities using different pricing methodologies, conduct pricing research for Front Office vs Back Office price breaks, and perform daily price reconciliations of the firm's different pricing buckets. Daily check and scrub of mandatory corporate actions, ensuring set-up and information (dates, rates, currency, etc.) are accurate before flowing them into the accounting system. Monitor Prime Brokerage notices and make sure events are present in Corporate Actions Console Ensure voluntary events are set-up accurately in the Corporate Actions Console for Portfolio Managers to elect on. Checking custodian websites for new deals and/or cutoffs. Daily check on trade activity on pending voluntary corporate actions. Payments check before and after corporate actions processing to make sure events are paid by the custodians and were reflecting accurately and as expected without errors. Prepare and complete 302 Letters on eligible accounts for AS onshore team to review, sign, and ship to banks. Proxy voting on the ISS website when necessary Qualification: The candidate should have a basic understanding of Capital Markets and general fund accounting principles. Excellent database knowledge preferred in Excel, SQL, or VBA. Possess strong communication and client service skills Can work with minimal supervision and deliver high quality output With multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Must be proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics. Comfortable working in rapidly changing, team-based work environment Amenable to work in mid-shift (2PM-11PM)/late mid-shift(9PM-7AM): Education and Experience Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting or other related business course. At least 2-year experience from a multinational company or an investment management-related work would be an advantage.
