We are currently looking for:
TOWER SUPERVISOR - PANAY
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide regular internal and external progress reports and presentations. Respect all internal rules and regulations related work, administrative tasks, reports, and company inter order regulations.
Coordinate with the SAQ team for handovers.
Troubleshooting & resolution of operational issues of tower erection.
Supervision of Pile work, Mat Foundation, Lift core casting, share wall, column, beam, finishing work, civil work, tower installation, etc.
Frequently site visit to guideline the tower installation, check the tower installation quality including meet the requirements of design, all the tower test like Verticality Test, Torque Test, tower PAC test, and all other on-site tests.
Expert in a tower, good knowledge in a tower system. Tower product site survey, Tower delivery, Tower foundation, Tower test, Self-support tower installation, Monopole tower installation rooftop installation, etc.
Coordinate between local partner’s project organizations, production line, warehouse materials team, service delivery groups, and customer
Prepare the total project implementation plan regarding the tower and comply with the real progress.
Analyze the raised problem & initiating solutions for the issue of tower material and tower quality and tower erection and tower acceptance.
Perform other activities accordingly to professional competencies on direct manager requests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiar with civil work &tower work project procedure: Project design, Project survey, Project delivery, Acceptance testing
